What is the difference between our luxury flats and most of the luxury homes you can book online, is that our homes or villas are not only luxurious, they have soul!

When we select them, we truly believe they must communicate something to our guests, in one word: charm!

They are never standard homes! There is always a detail or more that makes them unique: wooden ceilings, frescoes ceilings, a breathtaking view, a unique interior design, art pieces, an amazing pool. At least one, or a combination of these is always there!

Hello we are “Mica and Andrea”! We work in the online accommodation market since 2006 and combine luxury homes and villas with a top notch concierge service, ranging from cleaning service to luxury transfers, from insiders food reccommendations to a 360° assistance before and during the entire stay! You can fully rely on us as our motto is: “we treat our clients the way we would like to be treated ourselves when in a foreign country”!

I book the room last minute and I communicated that to Mica she explained that it was guest still there and the cleaners had to clean I said ok I ask for suggestions for restaurant while we wait mica sent over a whole list it was hard to choose. We finished lunch early l ask was it ok to come she said yes I loved that. The view from the room was amazing we was able to see the Trevi Fountain and see Proposals so cute overall from booking to check out I give a 10/10

The only thing that made a great city like Rome more beautiful was this house, the kindness of the host and the fact that he always responds quickly to messages was great it is already clear where I will want to stay on my next visit to Rome

Mica's apartment offers a view of the Trevi fountain that takes your breath away and is worth the whole vacation in Rome! The spacious living room is furnished with great care and refinement. Responsive and very helpful host. Although with so much envy and jealousy, we recommend the apartment and we will be back for sure!
